YES! This program is designed to help students evaluate career pathways. Some may include college direction while others may not. Either way, we will support your goals through the program.
First, we’ll make sure to reach out to each and every winner and showcase you in a big way. On December 9th, we will have a showcase for all students that were selected. Starting in January, you will have regular conversations with our team to help you through the program to learn about different careers and gain knowledge. After that, you will be given projects for paid internship opportunities in which you can try functions of the career before you graduate. At the end of the program, we showcase you again to the community to help you gain even more opportunities in your chosen field. We work with you the entire time and continue to support you, no matter what.
Yes, participants are prioritized as interns for the platform as well. Shortly after joining the program, you will be given projects to continue working with us to help you gain experience for your career.
