WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Students apply to be selected for the program. This includes an application, a video interview, and an assessment in the chosen career path. Completed files are then evaluated for acceptance.
Once you have completed the entire application process, we evaluate your information and accept or deny your application. Denied applications can reapply after 30 days to other roles.
Once selected, you will receive access to the apprenticeship management portal and a wealth of materials to become more familiar with the career as well as projects to practice your skills now.
Your work will be logged into a portfolio, showcasing your knowledge and businesses may select your for full-time roles after completion based on your experience. We promote your expertise!

Use your imagination and become the superhero, or perhaps supervillain, you've always wanted to be. Would you live a life in a comic book universe or use your powers here in the real world? We want to know how you would use your super powers for good, or bad, even if it was just for the day.
While we can't give you the ability to walk through walls or read minds, our Superpower Scholarship can help increase your brainpower with $2,500 to use towards education.

The Profile in Courage Essay Contest is open to high school students. To be eligible, you must submit a 700 - to 1000 - word essay that describes and analyzes an act of political courage by a U.S. elected official who served during or after 1917. GED students under the age of 20 may also apply.

The One for Two Education Foundation Scholarship is available to students who are applying to attend or are already attending an accredited U.S. four - year college / university. You must have a minimum 3.7 GPA to be eligible for this award. Recipients of this award must pledge to pay for a comparable scholarship grant for two persons, who are not related by blood, adoption, or marriage, during their lifetime.
