Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the course start date. A 50% refund is available if requested within the first 7 days of the course. No refunds will be issued after the first 7 days of instruction.

Families may choose a one-time deferral to a future course cohort (within 12 months) instead of a refund. Registration fees and shipped materials are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@shamrck.com and may be subject to ClassWallet processing timelines and state ESA program guidelines.

This refund policy only applies to the following products:

• Clover Youth Leadership Corps
• Pre-College Academy
