Job Summary:

The Shamrck Community Success Manager is responsible for building relationships with local businesses, governments, and schools to expand platform usage. Community Success Managers serve as client-facing service representatives who monitor customer satisfaction while strategizing opportunities to deepen Shamrck’s connection to the community.

What will you do?
    • Serve as a liaison between schools and districts, businesses, and city governments.
    • Determine clients’ needs to increase brand loyalty and drive customer engagement.
    • Conduct reviews with clients to assess onboarding and usage efficacy.
    • Effectively manage critical customer success metrics such as Monthly Average Users (MAU) and partner satisfaction.
    • Evaluate risk management for each customer and proactively evade dissatisfaction or lost business to maximize retention.
    • Collaborate with Shamrck team members across the organization to review the status of opportunities, existing business, and expansion opportunities.
    • Strategize and coordinate community events and sponsorship opportunities to create new relationships and revenue streams for Shamrck.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What skills do you need? 
    • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
      Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
      Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects to continually improve collaboration and processes.
      Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
      Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
      Ability to travel as needed.
Education and experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, sales support, and tech product support exposure (preferred).
    • Certification or training in communication, sales, or marketing (preferred).
