About the role
Shamrck is a managed micro-internship marketplace connecting businesses with vetted young talent ages 13-24. As a Business Operations Intern you will complete real scoped projects for actual businesses — all managed by a dedicated Shamrck Project Manager. You earn 80% of each project fee ranging from $20 at Tier 1 to $800 at Tier 4 per completed project. Projects include data entry, file organization, spreadsheet creation, process documentation, and business support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Complete scoped business operations projects for real clients
- Organize and manage business data and files
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and templates
- Document business processes and procedures
- Communicate professionally through the Shamrck platform
Requirements
- Ages 13-24 only
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet access and a computer
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet project deadlines
